In 1995, the company relocated to South Florida, and in 2006, Menin completed construction on its new, permanent headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens. Today, Menin Development owns and manages more than $800 million of high quality shopping centers, with another 2.1 million square feet under development.

Menin Development has acquired and/or developed in excess of 3 million square feet in Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, Louisiana and Tennessee, including four major movie theatre-anchored projects. Recently completed is the 350,000 square foot Downtown at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Tenants include a 16-screen Cobb Theatre, Whole Foods Market, The Cheesecake Factory, Urban Outfitters, Z Gallerie, Yard House, Smith & Hawken and Sur La Table. Also part of the development is a condominium project totaling 169 units, along with 225,000 square feet of Class "A" office space.
