In 1995, the company relocated to South Florida, and in 2006, Menin completed construction on its new, permanent headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens. Recently completed is the 350,000 square foot Downtown at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Tenants include a 16-screen Cobb Theatre, Whole Foods Market, The Cheesecake Factory, Urban Outfitters, Z Gallerie, Yard House, Smith & Hawken and Sur La Table. Also part of the development is a condominium project totaling 169 units, along with 225,000 square feet of Class "A" office space.
