Menin Development, Inc. is pleased to announce
the opening of leading multi-concept “classic American” dining
restaurant Cheddar’s Casual Café at Magnolia Park in Greenville,
South Carolina. Cheddar’s signed a new 10-year lease earlier
this year and now occupies an 8,000 SF newly constructed free-standing
restaurant building. The building directly fronts Woodruff
Road, the dominant commercial corridor in Upstate South Carolina.
According to Marc Yavinsky, Executive Vice President of Menin
Development, Cheddar’s Casual Café is a perfect fit for Magnolia
Park, “Cheddar’s Casual Café Inc. is a proven restaurant owner
and operator with over 80 restaurants in 20 states. The addition
of Cheddar’s to Magnolia Park will enhance the project’s existing
co-tenancy and further solidify the redevelopment and expansion
of Magnolia Park.”
Magnolia Park is located off Woodruff Road at the intersection of I-85 and I-385. Existing anchors include Regal Theaters, Sports Authority, Costco, Rooms To Go, Bed Bath & Beyond and Old Navy.
Located in Greenville, South Carolina, Magnolia Park currently consists of approximately 700,000 square feet of existing retail space anchored by the top performing Regal Cinemas in North and South Carolina, Sports Authority, Rooms To Go, Cheddar's, Costco Wholesale Club, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Old Navy. In addition, future development at Magnolia Park will consist of an additional 400,000 square feet of retail, 375,000 square feet of office, one or two hotels, and residential.
