Commences at Magnolia Park in Greenville, South Carolina

Menin Development, Inc. is pleased
to announce that construction has commenced on the third phase
of Magnolia Park in Greenville, South Carolina. This phase will
include two new restaurant tenants which Menin recently signed
leases with plus up to an additional 38,000 square feet of retail
and restaurants. Menin is in advanced discussions with several
other tenants for this phase and future phases at Magnolia Park. Also
included within this phase are major infrastructure improvements
for the entire project, an enhanced and redesigned main entrance,
and a new cross-drive that will connect Costco to Regal Cinemas.

Located in Greenville, South Carolina, the Magnolia Park campus
currently consists of approximately 700,000 square feet of
existing retail space anchored by the top performing Regal
Cinemas in North and South Carolina, Sports Authority, Rooms
To Go, Costco Wholesale Club, Bed Bath & Beyond and Old
Navy. In addition, future development at Magnolia Park will
consist of an additional 400,000 square feet of retail, 375,000
square feet of office, and one or two hotels.
