Menin Development, Inc. has signed 23,000 square feet of new leases within its South Florida. Kate Gilbert of Menin Realty Services, Inc. represented the landlord. The leases are as follows:

PGA Plaza, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida – Massage Haven 2,100 SF (new tenant); Metro PCS 1,000 SF (renewal); CR Chicks 2,100 SF (renewal); and Prosperity Animal Clinic 1,000 SF (renewal).
