To Go Opens at Menin's Magnolia Park Project in Greenville,
South Carolina.

Menin Development, Inc. is pleased
to announce that Rooms To Go has opened within Magnolia Park in
Greenville, South Carolina. Rooms To Go relocated from an existing
store near Haywood Mall and constructed a brand new 35,000 square
foot super store which is a combination Rooms To Go and Rooms To
Go Kids. “With the lack of new development across the country,
the opening of a brand-new Rooms To Go store at Magnolia Park solidifies
that tenant demand does exist for properties in high quality locations
with strong co-tenancy,” says Robert C. Jacoby, Chief Operating
Officer of Menin Development. Magnolia Park is located off Woodruff
Road at the intersection of I-85 and I-385, the dominant commercial
corridor in the region. Rooms To Go will join existing anchors
Regal Theaters, Sports Authority and Costco. Bed Bath & Beyond
and Old Navy are also located on the Magnolia Park campus.

consist of an additional 400,000 square feet of retail, 375,000
