Menin Development Sells Parcel to Rooms To Go at Magnolia Park in Greenville, South Carolina

Menin Development, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of a parcel to Rooms To Go within its Magnolia Park mixed-use project located in Greenville, South Carolina. Rooms To Go will be relocating its current store near Haywood Mall and constructing a brand new 35,000 square foot super store which will be a combination of Rooms To Go and Rooms To Go Kids. "This transaction speaks volumes about both the quality of the location and the co-tenancy of Magnolia Park today and in the future" said Craig Menin, CEO of Menin Development. Jeff Seaman, CEO of Rooms To Go, added "We are very excited about our new superstore at Magnolia Park in Greenville. Magnolia Park is an excellent location and Greenville is a very good market for Rooms To Go." Rooms To Go will join existing anchors Regal Theaters, Sports Authority, and Coscto. Bed Bath & Beyond and Old Navy are located on a pad of the campus of Magnolia Park.
