Menin Development is pleased to announce that Stevi B’s Pizza has opened at the Shoppes at St. Lucie West Phase III in St. Lucie West, Florida.  A national pizza buffet restaurant franchise, Stevi B’s was founded in 1996 and currently has 30 locations in seven states throughout the U.S.  The owner of the local franchise is Andy Patel who signed a deal with Stevi B’s Inc. to bring 10 of the pizza buffet restaurants to South Florida.  Stevi B’s occupies 4,500 square feet at the Shoppes at St. Lucie West and has a lease term of 10 years.

The Shoppes at St. Lucie West Phase III consists of 47,000 square feet and includes notable retailers Edwin Watts Golf Shop, Crown Wine & Spirits, Mattress Firm, Stevi B's Pizza Buffet, UPS Store, CitiFinancial, AT&T Wireless, and Carvel/Cinnabon.  The property is located at the intersection of St. Lucie West Boulevard (the primary commercial thoroughfare in the region with direct access to I-95) and N.W. Bethany Drive. The property is 2 miles east of I-95 and is within close proximity to Florida’s Turnpike and US 1.
