Menin Inks New Lease with Stevi B's Pizza at The Shoppes at St. Lucie West Phase III

Menin Development is pleased to announce that it has signed a lease with Stevi B’s Pizza at the Shoppes at St. Lucie West Phase III in St. Lucie West, Florida. The term of the lease is for 10 years and the tenant will occupy approximately 4,500 square feet. “We are very excited about Stevi B’s coming to our Shoppes at St. Lucie West III,” says Robert C. Jacoby, Chief Operating Officer of Menin Development. Stevi B’s offers a quality product while still providing value which is especially important to customers these days. The owner of the local franchise is Andy Patel who signed a deal with Stevi B’s Inc. in 2008 to bring 10 of the pizza buffet restaurants to South Florida.

The Shoppes at St. Lucie West Phase III consists of 47,000 square feet and includes notable retailers Edwin Watts Golf Shop, Crown Wine & Spirits, Mattress Firm, UPS Store, CitiFinancial, AT&T Wireless, and Carvel/Cinnabon. The property is located at the intersection of St. Lucie West Boulevard (the primary commercial thoroughfare in the region with direct access to I-95) and N.W. Bethany Drive. The property is 2 miles east of I-95 and is within close proximity to Florida’s Turnpike and US 1.
