Menin Development Completes Sale of the Shoppes
at Jupiter in Palm Beach County, Florida

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA.—August 27, 2008 — Today, Menin Development, Inc. is pleased to announce it has completed the sale of the Shoppes at Jupiter in Jupiter, Palm Beach County, Florida for approximately $43 million to an institutional buyer based in New Jersey.
The Shoppes at Jupiter is located on 25 acres at the intersection of U.S. Highway 1 and Indiantown Road, the major retail hub in Jupiter, Florida. The 197,000 square foot shopping center is anchored by Cobb Theaters, Staples, and Beall’s. Other national retailers include Gold’s Gym Washington Mutual, McDonald’s, Chili’s, Coldstone Creamery, Quizno’s, and GNC. Menin acquired the center in 1996 and has made significant improvements since.
