Shoppes at St. Lucie West
St. Lucie West Boulevard and N.W. Bethany Drive, St. Lucie West, Florida
The Shoppes at St. Lucie West is a 205,000 SF grocery-anchored shopping center located in St. Lucie West, a mature area within one of Florida’s fastest growing and most promising communities due north of Palm Beach, Florida. The center is anchored by one of the largest Publix Supermarkets in South Florida in terms of gross sales, as well as a 114,500 SF Sears. National tenants include GNC, Edward Jones Financial, Hair Cuttery, Wells Fargo Bank, SunTrust Bank, and Mobile Oil. The property has maintained 100% occupancy during the past several years.

The property is specifically located at the intersection of St. Lucie West Boulevard (the primary commercial thoroughfare in the region) and N.W. Bethany Drive. The center is 2 miles east of I-95 and is within close proximity to Florida’s Turnpike and US Highway 1.

St. Lucie County has attracted a tremendous amount of national attention as one of Florida’s fastest growing and most promising communities, which is expected to persist for the foreseeable future. Within the past few years, the area has become widely recognized as a new hot spot for biomedical expansion. The Torrey Pines Institute for Molecular Studies recently opened its brand new headquarters at the 120-acre Florida Center for Innovation (FCI) in St. Lucie West, which is anticipated to add many new high paying jobs to the area. Also within FCI, Mann Research Centers of California recently purchased 22 acres of land to build a major life sciences complex (the FCI is approximately 4 miles from the center).
