The Shoppes at St. Lucie West Phase III is directly adjacent to the Shoppes at St. Lucie West, also owned by Menin.  This recently completed property consists of 47,000 square feet and includes notable retailers Edwin Watts Golf Shop, Crown Wine & Spirits, Stevi B’s Pizza, Mattress Firm, UPS Store, CitiFinancial, AT&T Wireless, and Carvel/Cinnabon.  The property is located in St. Lucie West, Florida, at the intersection of St. Lucie West Boulevard (the primary commercial thoroughfare in the region with direct access to I-95) and N.W. Bethany Drive. The center is 2 miles east of I-95 and is within close proximity to Florida’s Turnpike and US 1.
