South Wind Plaza is a 124,000 square foot neighborhood center anchored by Foodtown Supermarket, Aaron Rents, Family Dollar, and Bank of America. Other national tenants include Simply Fashion, Check’n Go, Subway, and Metro PCS.

The center is located on the southwest corner of Military Trail (a major north/south artery) and 45th Street, two of West Palm’s busiest thoroughfares. The property is 3 miles from I-95 and 4 miles from Florida’s Turnpike. West Palm Beach is Palm Beach County’s largest city. Since 2000, the area has experienced a dramatic upturn with a flood of private and public investment fueling dynamic growth, particularly in the service-oriented economy. As a result of a wave of new multifamily developments, the West Palm Beach population has also grown rapidly over the last few years.
