This upscale shopping center will be located on 37.5 acres, the largest undeveloped commercial parcel in Boca Raton.  This project will be a joint venture with the Goodman Company, whose portfolio of high-end developments includes The Esplanade and Neiman Marcus on Palm Beach Island.
  A luxury tenant line-up is planned, consistent with the highly-acclaimed Downtown at the Gardens project, which recently opened in Palm Beach Gardens. Completion for this project will be 2011.
